Templates are pre-designed documents that you or somebody else (such as Microsoft) generates to use as a pattern for a project. Customized templates can be as simple or complicated as needed. By way of example, you may create a template for your organization’s newsletter, posters for a conference, or invitations for corporate events. You can also produce interactive templates to load the Intranet, so others can fill in the blanks to print their own envelopes and letterhead, as an example.
To begin with, produce a document–design and format it, add graphics and photos. When it’s interactive, then pick Controls in the Developer tab and make custom input fields for user interaction.
Some templates utilize interactive controls for user input.
