Templates are pre-designed documents that you or someone else (such as Microsoft) generates to use as a blueprint for a project. The template may be to get a business card, brochure, resume, demonstration. . .the list continues. Regardless of the purpose, templates offer the plan consistency that any company (or person ) needs to look professional. (you could also find templates for Excel, PowerPoint, and other programs, but in this article we’re focusing on Microsoft Word.)
The template contains a specific design, design, layout and, occasionally, text and fields that are common to every use of the template. You could also produce interactive templates to load the Intranet, so others may fill in the blanks to print their own envelopes and letterhead, for instance.
To begin with, create a document–layout and format it, add images and photos. If it’s interactive, then select Controls in the Developer tab and make custom input fields for user interaction.
Some templates use interactive controls for user input.
